This is done via rigorous inspections, labelling, and assurance rules for food which are regularly monitored by our trained team. By choosing Meat & Poultry which has been through a clear system and verified at each point of the supply chain, all consumers can be sure that the food passing their mouths is truly Halal.

Quality Check Process

ZabihaFresh has painstakingly built direct partnership with local farming and fishing communities and strong backward linkages to ensure the meat and fish travels a very short distance to reach you for absolute freshness.

Every single product is handpicked by a team with years of experience. We choose lambs only between 8 and 12 months old – any older and we reject them. Our chickens always weigh between 1 and 1.2 kg because we’ve found that bigger birds tend to be rubbery and fibrous. Our seafood is delivered straight from source. Every. Single. Day.
If it’s not fresh, we won’t sell it.

We will charge only for what you buy

Most places first weigh the meat, then cut up the pieces, and throw out the parts which aren’t fit to eat, such as offal, gizzard, wingtips, etc. But you still pay based on the original weight even though what you finally get is 10% to 30% less. At ZabihaFresh, we first clean the meat, then cut, then weigh. When you buy 1 kg, you will get exactly 1 kg. And that meat will be only the best bits more meat and less bones. So if we look like we cost a little more than others, it’s only because we give you more than others.
